We operate in three ways: strategic scale-up advisory, venture and private equity investment, and acquiring companies with the potential to reach the next level.
Most recently, I founded Johnson Hana in 2016. Over multiple funding rounds, we raised more than $20M and grew the company to 300+ employees across multiple jurisdictions, exiting in 2025 for over $50M. The business was acquired by Eudia, the fastest-growing generative AI legal tech startup in the world.
